Sam Alen is an Associate Attorney within Lloyd & Mousilli’s Corporate and Intellectual Property divisions.

At Lloyd & Mousilli, he has worked with several startup companies across a wide range of industries, including content creation, hardware/software, AI, sensor technology, and finance, to form entities, register trademarks and copyrights, and enforce brand protection.

Sam is a specialist in issues related to the VTuber industry, having assisted both agencies and independent VTubers with the variety of complex legal issues unique to the VTubing market. He recently hosted an Industry booth at OffKai 2025, where he supported Lloyd & Mousilli as the first law firm to exhibit at a major VTuber convention.
